Supplier Performance Management – Extensive knowledge of the mechanics (triggers, weightings, sanctions, rewards etc.) of successfully managing supplier performance. Our methodology helps to establish meaningful SLAs and KPIs in managed service agreements (including SIAM and Tower Models).

Contract Exit & Transition – Negotiation of exit at end of contract term either as part of a dispute, or for convenience.
