Finyx are proud of our experience working at all levels of Government from Local Authorities and Arm’s Length Bodies through to the big Whitehall Departments.  We have worked on projects covering technical, commercial, and organisational change – supporting strategic Spending Reviews, developing Treasury compliant Business Cases, implementing new operating models, reconfiguring supply chains and delivering major programmes.

Our team comprises consultants from both private and public sector backgrounds, some having worked directly as Civil Servants in their past. This provides our clients with a balance of fresh ideas set against the experience and knowledge needed to navigate the complexities of public sector governance. We have extensive experience of working in hybrid teams with crown servants, suppliers, legal counsel and other delivery partners.
